HOW TO MAKE A SUBMISSION

You can provide comments on Amendment C137 by making a written submission.
Your submission must be made in writing and include your name and contact details. This ensures you will continue to be part of the process.
Submissions should clearly state the grounds on which you support or oppose the Amendment, and indicate what changes (if any) you wish to suggest.
Public exhibition period
Submissions are invited until Thursday 6 April 2023 and can be:
- made online (click on 'Make a submission' in the tab above)
- emailed to amendments@hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au, or
- mailed to Hobsons Bay City Council, PO Box 21, Altona VIC 3018. Attention Strategic Planning, Amendment C137
Please include 'Amendment C137 – submission' in the subject line when making a submission via email.
An amendment to the Hobsons Bay Planning Scheme must follow the process legislated by the state government in the Planning and Environment Act 1987. The planning authority must make a copy of every submission available at its office and/or on its website for any person to inspect free of charge during the amendment process and for two months after the amendment comes into operation or lapses.
