Your submission must be made in writing and include your name and contact details. This ensures you will continue to be part of the process.

Submissions should clearly state the grounds on which you support or oppose the Amendment, and indicate what changes (if any) you wish to suggest.

Submissions are invited until 3 November 2022 and can be:

• made by filling in the form below, or
• emailed to amendments@hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au, or
• mailed to Hobsons Bay City Council, PO Box 21, Altona VIC 3018. Attention Strategic Planning, Amendment C134

Please include 'Amendment C134 – submission' in the subject line when making a submission via email.

An amendment to the Hobsons Bay Planning Scheme must follow the process legislated by the state government in the Planning and Environment Act 1987. Due to this, Hobsons Bay Council must make a copy of every submission available on request, free of charge until two months after the amendment comes into operation or lapses.
