With the COVID19 pandemic greatly impacting our community, this year's pitch your idea process is a little different.

This year the program will not cover the costs of physical infrastructure such as equipment, building upgrades or projects that require ongoing funding beyond 2022/2023.

Examples of items that the program will NOT cover include:

  • upgrades to local parks and reserves
  • road resurfacing and footpath connections
  • community gardens
  • construction of community gardens
  • upgrades to facilities (i.e. pavilions, club rooms)
  • projects that require ongoing funding

Go back to the Community Pitch homepage for details on how to make contact with Council staff to check if your idea meets the selection criteria. We have an online drop in session and 'book a chat' options available.
