After months of listening to our community and learning what matters most to you, we’re excited to share our major strategic plans and we’d love to hear what you think.

All our plans work together to set the strategic direction for Hobsons Bay. Our Community Vision is the broad, overarching goal for what our community wants Hobsons Bay to look like in 2040. This vision helps shape our long-term plans for how we manage our finances and our assets, which we've updated and now cover up to 2035.

The Council Plan and Health, Wellbeing and Safety Plan set more specific goals for what we want to achieve over the next four years. It helps us make progress to achieving our Community Vision and aligns with our plans for how we manage our finances and assets.

After reviewing all community feedback, all these plans will be presented for adoption at the Council meeting in December.

Finally, we're also looking for your feedback on how you'd like to be consulted each year to help us put together our annual budget.

We want to hear from you to help shape the plan for Hobsons Bay for the next four years.

This is the first of a number of ways you will have to get involved and shape the Hobsons Bay Council Plan 2025-2029 over the next few months. We’re asking what you want us to work on over the next four years, guiding the projects, programs and initiatives into which Council invests.
