What will your feedback shape?
Your feedback is now needed across all aspects of the proposed rules to shape the final draft.
You should note that some of your feedback may not be able to be incorporated into the final draft, as the rules must be consistent with the provisions and principles of the governing legislation in Victoria and in particular the governance principles of the Local Government Act 2020.
All submissions will be considered before adoption of the rules and will be addressed in the Council report accompanying the final draft rules due for presentation to Council later in 2025.
