Williamstown Maritime Industrial Precinct

The consultation process will not seek feedback on the Williamstown Maritime Industrial Precinct. Most of this precinct is under the control of the Minister for Planning and sits within the Port of Melbourne Planning Scheme. A recent strategy was prepared by the Department of Transport known as the ‘Williamstown Maritime Precinct Framework 2021’. This document involved significant consultation with Council, community and key stakeholders and has provided direction for this precinct which is aligned with the draft ILMS objectives.
