Council is developing a new Sport and Recreation Allocations, Fees and Charges Policy to make the way facilities are shared, booked and maintained fairer, clearer and more consistent for everyone.

The policy will guide how sportsgrounds and pavilions are categorised, how fees are applied, and how decisions are made when multiple clubs or groups request the same facility. These changes may affect how your club or organisation is allocated space, what fees you pay, and how bookings are prioritised.
