The Hudsons Road Streetscape Master Plan is a vision to guide future streetscape improvement works. In the following implementation stages, there will be further opportunities for community input into the detailed design. The report including the community engagement summary, drainage design approach and artists impressions can be viewed here.

  • What will the plan do?

    The master plan will guide streetscape improvements with priority for more greening and improved pedestrian amenity. It will guide capital works improvements to footpaths and create more attractive and useable public spaces. It will also resolve drainage issues along Hudsons Road. The design will be inspired by the past heritage, and current and future uses.

  • Next step

    Council and the design consultants will review and add your feedback on the design concept to update this plan. A revised Hudsons Road Streetscape Master Plan published for you to see. We will then proceed to a finalised master plan which will then be used to inform capital works and specific public space design projects.
