How we listened

Consultation on the draft concept plans for The Link ran from June 11th - July 8th 2024 via an online survey on Participate Hobsons Bay. More than 2,700 flyers were sent to nearby properties, and corflutes were installed on-site.

630 people visited the website over the duration of the survey.

    considerations related to personal safety (e.g. lack of lighting), and road safety

  • route suggestions

    suggestions related to the proposed route or alternatives such as Millers Road

    suggestions related to prioritising other projects and initiatives in the area

  • broader connectivity

    opportunities to enhance neighbouring connections and cycling amenities (e.g. bike parking) at key destinations
